To further promote interdisciplinary innovation and integrated research, and to connect global educational and research wisdom, the Hong Kong Institute of Higher Education Research (HKIHER), in collaboration with HEPM Academic Publishing, officially launches the "Academic Development and Incentive Programme."

This programme aims to build a mutually beneficial international academic community through our Chinese and English international academic journals. We provide long-term academic identity certification and publication support for scholars who continuously contribute quality academic outcomes and peer review efforts, while also establishing dedicated research empowerment mechanisms.

學術英才計劃板塊面向全球研究者、學者及學術工作者開放。所有外部頭銜及權益以自然年為單位進行動態評估與授予,任期均為 1 年。參評者需通過學術委員會的資格審查。

The Academic Talent Programme is open to global researchers, scholars, and academic professionals. All external titles and benefits are dynamically evaluated and granted on a calendar year basis, with a one-year term. Candidates must pass the qualification review by the Academic Committee.

評選條件:每年以第一作者身份在HKIHER/HEPM旗下任一期刊發表 1 篇及以上文章;或成功推薦他人在旗下期刊發表文章,每年累計達 2 篇及以上。

Selection Criteria: Publish at least 1 article per year as first author in any journal under HKIHER/HEPM; or successfully recommend others to publish articles in our journals, with a cumulative total of 2 or more articles per year.

1.獲授"客座編委"稱號及正式電子證書。
2.每年享有 1 篇文章的版面費 5 折優惠(注:文章須嚴格通過正常同行評審與錄用流程)。
3.優先受邀參與期刊主辦的各類學術會議、講座與培訓活動。
4.優先獲取期刊最新資訊、徵稿動態及核心研究成果。
5.具備資格參評"年度卓越編委",入選者將獲得相應榮譽表彰與額外獎勵。
