To further promote interdisciplinary innovation and integrated research, and connect global educational and research wisdom, the Hong Kong Institute of Higher Education Research (HKIHER), together with HEPM Academic Publishing, officially launches the Academic Development and Incentive Programme.

本計劃旨在依托旗下國際學術期刊,構建一個互利共贏的國際化學術共同體。我們為持續貢獻優質學術成果及審稿力量的學者提供長期的學術身份認證與版面支持,同時也設立專項科研賦能機制。

This programme relies on our international academic journals to build a mutually beneficial global academic community. It offers long-term academic identity recognition and publication support for scholars who continuously contribute quality research and peer-review service, while also establishing dedicated research empowerment mechanisms.

學術英才計劃面向全球研究者、學者及學術工作者開放。所有外部頭銜及權益以自然年為單位進行動態評估與授予,任期均為 1 年。參評者需通過學術委員會的資格審查。

The Academic Talent Programme is open to researchers, scholars, and academic professionals worldwide. All external titles and benefits are evaluated and granted on a calendar-year basis, with each term lasting one year. Candidates must pass the qualification review of the Academic Committee.
